Council Bylaws; Standing Rules, Policies and Procedures

The neighborhood council is governed by multiple laws and regulations, including the Ralph M. Brown Act and the City Charter.  For more information about these regulations click here.  The Council's internal workings are governed by a combination of Governing Board approved bylaws and standing rules, policies and procedures.
