COMMITTEE November 2008 4900 Hollywood Blvd. Developers propose to build two very large buildings at the southwest corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Edgemont. An 18 story tower with condos and retail at the street level and a 15 story extended stay hotel catering to those who need lodging near the large hospitals in the area. The condo building would be the tallest anywhere along Hollywood Boulevard and would be nearly 400% higher than allowed under existing zoning regulations.
